Terms of booking

These are our standard booking terms. Your full contract — including the agreed fee, the deposit and any transport arrangement — is signed when we confirm your date.

1. The services

Vast Gallery Photography agrees to exercise special skills to accomplish the agreed results in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the client. The services — photography, videography, or both — are provided in a professional manner in accordance with industry standards, and the photographer will adhere to any reasonable request by the client.

2. Deposit

A 50% deposit of the agreed fee is required to secure the booking. The deposit is non-refundable and is payable on signing the contract. This amount serves as both the deposit and the consideration for the booking.

3. Balance

The client is responsible for paying the remaining balance to the photographer after coverage of the event.

4. Methods of payment

Payment may be made by cash, bank transfer, or Airtel Money.

5. Important moments

Any and all important moments at the event must be properly communicated to the photographer with significant notice, so that they can be planned for and captured.

6. Transportation

The client is to provide transportation to and from the event for the media team, or pay an additional agreed amount for the team to travel using their own transport.

7. Entire contract

The signed contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No modification or amendment shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
